After a speaking session, a transcript and a list of “errors” can look authoritative. They are not a lesson plan.
Work through AI notes in this order:
- Keep examples that came from your sentences.
- Drop suggestions that sound unlike you, or that you would never say.
- Ask the teacher which two items are worth practising before the next 15 minutes.
The goal is a short, personal loop: speak, review, speak again. AI can speed up the middle step. It should not invent a syllabus you did not earn in conversation.
If the notes and the teacher disagree, trust the teacher. That is the product.
