How to use AI feedback after an English speaking session

Treat model notes as a draft. Keep the phrases you actually said, ignore the ones you would never use, and ask your teacher what to practise next.

After a speaking session, a transcript and a list of “errors” can look authoritative. They are not a lesson plan.

Work through AI notes in this order:

  1. Keep examples that came from your sentences.
  2. Drop suggestions that sound unlike you, or that you would never say.
  3. Ask the teacher which two items are worth practising before the next 15 minutes.

The goal is a short, personal loop: speak, review, speak again. AI can speed up the middle step. It should not invent a syllabus you did not earn in conversation.

If the notes and the teacher disagree, trust the teacher. That is the product.
