Listening helps you notice English. Speaking is what makes it yours.
A 15-minute session is short on purpose. You cannot hide in a long class, wait for the confident student, or spend twenty minutes on a warm-up. You have to retrieve words, repair mistakes, and keep the conversation moving.
That pressure is useful. Retrieval is harder than recognition, and it is also how spoken fluency actually grows. A bounded session also gives the teacher a complete unit to review: one conversation, one arc, one set of notes.
If you only have energy for one study habit this week, make it a real conversation with a human teacher. Then use any AI notes afterwards — not instead.
